Brandon Aoki

Brandon Aoki is a Sustainability Intern with the Student Affairs Sustainability Internships and Community Resources Department, where he supports the development of coastal ecosystem–friendly gardening practices at the Family Student Housing Community Gardens. He is an Aquatic Biology and Communication major at UCSB with a background in environmental education through his work as a Docent at The REEF. Brandon brings experience in hands-on outreach, science communication, and community engagement. He speaks English and conversational Spanish. Originally from Fresno, the heart of the central valley, Brandon loves hiking with friends and spending time by the ocean.
