About

Mallory Russell is a Health Educator for the Department of Health and Wellness. She coordinates the Food, Nutrition and Basic Skills program, and helps support International Wellbeing, Mindful Self Compassion, and Nature Wellbeing programs on campus. With a background in landscape architecture, she loves exploring the intersections of environment, food, community, and health. 

Support of SICR Interns: Mallory Russell is a mentor and co-supervisor for the Nature Wellbeing Program.  This is a collaborative effort between the Health & Wellness Department and the Edible Campus Program with funding support from the Equity in Mental Health Taskforce.  This program develops educational offerings on self-care, mindfulness, and preventative mental health practices in natural settings.
