Alissa Millar

Alissa Millar serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator at the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County, where she oversees South County volunteer operations, advances volunteer sustainability initiatives, and supports the supervision and professional development of AmeriCorps fellows placed at the organization. Prior to her current role, she spent two years as a California Climate Action Corps Fellow at the Foodbank, gaining experience in service-based program coordination, volunteer leadership, and community-powered food recovery efforts. She is passionate about strengthening community engagement, advancing sustainable food access, and empowering emerging service leaders.
