About
Austin Sharon is a UCSB Environmental Studies alumnus from the class of 2022 who also completed the Technology Management Program certificate. He has worked at Pilgrim Terrace since graduating, gaining experience across nearly every aspect of the organization, from aeroponic tower gardening and greenhouse operations to regenerative soil farming. For the past two years, he has served as Director of Development, leading marketing, fundraising, and the SBUSD urban farm leadership program. He also manages the composting program in coordination with the organization's soil scientists and is deeply committed to supporting marginalized communities in Santa Barbara.
