About
I am Emily Giron Villavicencio, and I am a fourth year undergraduate student at UCSB. I am double majoring in Sociology and History of Public Policy and Law. I am passionate about education, social justice, and impact on the community. I am a proud first generation student who grew up in Los Angeles, California where community work was always prominent and inspired me to give back to the community. I have had experiences in volunteering with UCSB campus events and student organizations, bilingual tutoring, student lobbying, and mentored with lawyers. I am currently pre-law and want to pursue a career in teaching. My hobbies include watching movies, reading, and running.
