Holly Gil

Holly Gil serves as an Innovation Learning Specialist at Adelante Charter School, a public K–6 Dual Language Immersion school committed to equity, biliteracy, and academic excellence. She leads initiatives aligned to the school's LCAP goals, including strengthening literacy, mathematics, and science instruction, implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, and advancing inclusive practices through Universal Design for Learning. Holly is passionate about elevating science and the arts as central to rigorous academics and ensuring multilingual learners thrive, bringing extensive experience coaching teachers and designing professional development for diverse and historically underserved learners.
