Jenna Norton

Jenna Norton serves as the Public Works and Sustainability Director at the Isla Vista Community Services District, a role she has held for nearly four years after starting as a Program Manager. In this capacity, she has collaborated with a wide range of local stakeholders including UCSB, property owners, students, businesses, waste management partners, and county agencies. Jenna has led the development of many of the sustainability programs that fellows will help promote, drawing on both grassroots community engagement and broader policy-based approaches to waste reduction and environmental stewardship.
