Jenny Gibson

I am a third-year Environmental Studies and Spanish double major (class of 2027). I love serving the community because I feel so much joy when helping others in need by utilizing the skills I have. I have volunteered at orphanages in Thailand, Peru, and Mexico with my father, and I also enjoy participating in beach cleanups. My goal is to attend graduate school to obtain a PhD in Environmental Studies to research and teach future generations about how plant-based diets benefit our health and the planet's health. In my free time, I love going to the gym, baking, cooking, and spending time in nature with family, friends, and animals.
