Kelly Smith has over 10 years of experience in human resources, with more than 8 years in a supervisory and team leadership capacity. She holds an HR Management certificate from UCSB and completed a 10-month leadership development program through Leading from Within. Kelly has directly supervised AmeriCorps fellows at the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County for over three years, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development. She is committed to creating a supportive environment where fellows feel empowered to learn, ask questions, and build practical skills in service of the community.
