Leandra Harris is a passionate professional who serves as the Director of Youth Programs at Freedom for Youth. Her personal journey as a former foster youth has fueled her commitment to advocating for the welfare of those who have experienced the foster care system. Leandra is a strong advocate for former foster youth and uses her personal experiences to champion their rights and well-being. She also serves as a peer counselor, providing valuable support and guidance to those navigating the foster care system. Leandra is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is committed to academic excellence. Her academic journey is driven by a desire to further her understanding of human behavior and contribute to the development of effective programs and interventions.
