Megan Kenefick

Hi! My name is Megan Kenefick, and I am a third-year English and Sociology double major at UC Santa Barbara. I am passionate about community service because I believe meaningful change begins with listening to and supporting the people around us. Through my work in a psychology counseling center, a senior center, and volunteer service with Meals on Wheels, I have developed a deep appreciation for building connections and serving diverse communities. After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in journalism, using storytelling to advocate for others and strengthen communities. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, discovering new music, and spending time outdoors.
