About
Nancy Martz is the Founder and Executive Director of Apples to Zucchini Cooking School in Santa Barbara. With family roots in Austrian culinary tradition, Nancy developed a love of food early in life. While attending law school in San Francisco, she took a cooking class and volunteered in a third grade classroom, experiences that together inspired her to combine both passions and launch a cooking school for children. Over the years, the school expanded to serve teens, adults, and families, growing into a beloved community resource centered on building confidence, skills, and joy in the kitchen.
