Yihua Wei is a STARS Data Collection and Analysis Intern. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/they. Yihua Wei is a rising junior at UCSB, majoring in Statistics and Data Science and Economics. She is excited to learn deeply about sustainability through real data work. Yihua Wei are passionate about community service because she hopes to help others and seeing people getting better. She takes responsibility as AVP of the Project Management Department in Chinese Union UCSB, where she has helped organize events and learned to coordinate within communities. She also joined the GenHack 2025 Urban Heat Island Challenge. In the future, Yihua Wei hopes to work in data analysis, sustainability, and social impact.
