About
Connor Carpenter is the Garden Volunteer Coordinator for the Edible Campus Program. As the Volunteer Coordinator, Connor recruits and places volunteers with community gardens both on and off campus, ensuring they have meaningful experiences and help maintain community gardens creating an environment of sustainability. He brings a strong background in garden maintenance, leadership, and service, having previous experience doing handyman jobs and serving as Social Chairman for Sigma Chi. Originally from Clovis, California, Connor is currently majoring in Psychology and Brain Sciences and Communications at UCSB. Outside of his studies, Connor enjoys hiking, cooking, and fishing.
