Fred Torres

Fred Torres is a Garden Member Coordinator. Fred's role involves engaging members in the garden and managing the Storke Family Housing Community Garden. Fred Foster's relationships and engagement with new or current garden members renew garden agreements and facilitate compliance with garden rules.  Fred helps create community and has been a part of many local community movements. Most notably, through the Community Leadership Fellowship Program (CLF), Fred was partnered with 805undocufund to help provide financial relief to community members affected by natural disasters, while simultaneously advocating for policy change. Additionally, Fred enjoys cooking, playing musical instruments, and learning about social justice by participating in local movements.
