Vic Pei is an Outreach and Marketing Intern for the CalFresh Healthy Living Program. He is a second-year student at UC Santa Barbara majoring in Economics and Accounting, with academic interests in how community-based programs and policy can improve students' access to essential resources. Vic brings prior experience in student engagement and communications from his work with UCSB’s USS and Educational Opportunity Program, where he supported outreach, newsletters, and campus-wide communications. He also has marketing experience from a local Southern California real estate law firm, where he helped create infographics and manage social media outreach. In his role with CalFresh Healthy Living, Vic supports initiatives that encourage students to make healthy food choices in their everyday lives. He's also fluent in English and Mandarin. Outside of his role, he enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, and learning classical pieces on the piano.
